Off to a ‘Good’ Start
It’s a new year and the preschoolers at West Hardin elementary are starting off well.
This year is starting off “good,” preschooler Selah said.
This year the preschoolers will learn many things.
“ I teach them their letters and numbers, writing words and we do sight words,” preschool teacher Casey Burleson said.
The students also want to learn things on their own.
“ I want to learn colors,” said Deegan and “ learning letters, so I can read,” said Selah.
Burleson has many ways she would like her students to improve.
“ My goals are for them to develop social skills and be able to recognize their letters and numbers,” Burleson said.
