Leisha Marshall and Taylor Marshall are a teaching duo here at West Hardin. Although both are 

elementary school teachers, they don’t get to see each other a whole lot.

“We don’t get to see each other a whole lot because she’s all the way on the other side (of campus),” Taylor Marshall said.

They don’t really carpool much because they take separate vehicles.

“We usually take separate vehicles,” Leisha Marshall said.

Having the same last name could mix up a lot of things for some kids.

“There’s always stuff in my box or her box that’s for me,” Taylor Marshall said.

Having the same last name can be confusing for both of them as well.

“It doesn’t ever cause any major problems, but I’m not used to hearing Miss Marshall so anybody who says Miss Marshall, I assume that they’re talking about me, and I forget that she’s a Miss Marshal,” Leisha Marshall said.
