Dear Ms. Stelly,

 I wanted to take a moment to tell you thank you. You have been an amazing teacher and truly inspiring. You’ve done an excellent job as an educator, a mentor, and a friend. You’ve taught me about art as well as life. You’ve shown me what true passion looks like with your love for art and everything it stands for. 

 One lesson that I learned from you that will always stick with me is that nothing is perfect, but everything is unique. That no two people view things the same. This is applicable in creating art as well as life. It has stuck with me during times in which I was doubting myself. You’ve proved to me that it’s ok to be different. I know this will help me all throughout my life. 

Thank you Ms. Stelly, for being an amazing teacher. For always being someone I could talk to. For always teaching me something new. For showing me the beauty in all the little things. And most importantly, thank you for the memories that will follow me into the years to come
