Thank you family and community, Russell Payne

Dear Mrs. Strahan, 

A bunch of people see you as one of their past teachers. Since I am good friends with your son,  you are like a second mom to me. I wanted to say thank you for helping me out with countless things over the years.

You have let me come stay at your house countless times. So that means lots of food and mainly Doritos, Oreos, and pizza rolls that you had to pick up over the years. You had to drive me around a lot when I was a little kid. You give me medicine sometimes when I’m sick. You beat me every now and then when I am being bad. It is also fun to joke around with you too.

I wanted to say thank you because I feel like I might not say it enough to you. You treat me like one of your kids and never complain. I really appreciate everything you do for me, and I will not forget it.
