This brownie recipe was found on “The Stay Home Chef” website. It isn’t terrible, I would rate a 7 out of 10. However, it needs a little tweaking with the recipe.

When it first came out of the oven it smelled good, but when it came to the time of tasting it it was not that great. So I waited another day to see if it would taste any better, and it came with a positive taste in the end. One critique is that the recipe says a ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, but if he/she adds too much of it it will make the brownies have a dry taste. Add ¾ of the ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa instead.

Notes: when melting the chocolate add no more than a tablespoon of any kind of milk to help get the chocolate chips more melted. If it is without the milk it will come out chunky and burnt smelling.

I thought the recipe was solid choice, but for the best result wait one day to eat these fudgey brownies.
